Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at with the reasons for the return or replacement request, and pictures of the product (if necessary), and provide us with a record of the return. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) your refund will be submitted, and an email confirming your refund will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. Refunds take approximately 5-7 business days for processing once the item has been received at our facility. Every effort is taken to process and ship orders shortly after they have been received. If a request to cancel an order comes in prior to the warehouse shipping it, a full refund can be provided. If the request to cancel is received after the item has shipped, you will need to refer to the instructions for "Returns & Replacements" above. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. Please email your request to cancel to with your order number and the reason, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will contact you with the correct address to return it to you or provide a label if it's due to a reason that is our fault.


Shipping & Delivery 

Shipping rates are calculated during check-out. The method of shipment is typically UPS but we reserve the right to choose the method of shipment (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx).  Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, holidays, and other factors. 

Pricing & Tax

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders may be subject to a state sales tax. If we have an operating entity in the "Ship-To" state, you will be charged sales tax as required by law.

Special Shipping Promotions

From time to time, free shipping or free upgraded shipping is offered. Gift cards and memberships are not included in these shipping offers.

When free shipping is offered, the offer is for free standard shipping in the U.S. only on eligible purchases of the designated amount or more in the same transaction, after discounts and before taxes, between the eligible time periods specified. Gift cards, memberships, packaging, taxes, and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. If a different shipping option is chosen, additional charges will apply. Due to size and/or weight , certain items incur a shipping surcharge, which will still apply. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. Not valid on international shipments.  Only one free shipment per eligible order over the designated amount.

International Addresses:
