"Even against the greatest of odds, there is something in the human spirit - a magic blend of skill, faith and valor that can lift a people from certain defeat, to incredible victory."

Some people are familiar with the battle of Midway, the participants, and its outcome. But knowing it and experiencing it up close are two different things. On the eve of battle, American commanders told aviators to "write letters home to your loved ones tonight" because they knew many might not return from battle. These are the "Voices of Midway," a gripping 14-minute, multimedia original film production, commissioned by the USS Midway Museum in San Diego. The beautifully lensed, cinematic event captures the emotions and focuses on the young men who sailed and flew into the teeth of the Japanese Navy. They turned the tide of the Pacific war in 1942. In just six minutes of battle, these courageous young men forged the greatest victory in the history of the U.S. Navy.
