Hammered Snare Wire Bracelet with Mukwa Wood

From the Mulberry Mongoose workshop in South Luangwa, Zambia, local craftswomen use snare wire recovered from poaching traps to create jewelry designs inspired by the African bush.  Each jewelry purchase supports the vendor’s courageous team and their families, and raises funds for local conservation efforts to protect Zambia's breathtaking wildlife. This particular piece features a loop-and-bar toggle clasp as well as a beautifully polished Mukwa wood block, a wood prized for it's strength and durability.
